This week is the start of Lent and Room 1 have been learning about LentLent is about giving,giving up something and praying more the thing that you give up you do till Easter.On shrove Tuesday (the day before lent starts)In Room 1 we made pancakes!everyone had to bring the things you need to make them.the reason why we made these pancakes is because back in Jesus time they would use up all of the expensive foods to make pancakes before the fasting season begins (lent).
